Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

RTT Therapy, also known as Rapid Transformational Therapy, is an innovative form of therapy that combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It was developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer.

 

As a practitioner of RTT Therapy, my aim is to help clients achieve rapid and lasting transformation in their lives by uncovering the root causes of their issues and creating powerful shifts in their beliefs and behaviours. RTT Therapy operates on the premise that our thoughts and beliefs have a profound impact on our emotions and behaviours. By identifying and addressing the limiting beliefs that underlie these patterns, we can facilitate powerful change.

During an RTT Therapy session, I guide the client into a relaxed state of hypnosis. Contrary to popular misconceptions, hypnosis is a safe and natural state of focused attention that we all experience regularly. In this state, the client remains fully aware and in control, but their subconscious mind becomes more accessible.

 

Once the client is in a deeply relaxed state, we work together to uncover the underlying memories, experiences, or beliefs that are contributing to their current challenges. This may involve exploring childhood events, past traumas, or significant life experiences. The goal is to uncover the root cause or causes that are driving the client's issue.


Once the root cause is identified, we use various therapeutic techniques to reframe and transform the client's perception and interpretation of those experiences. This can involve updating outdated beliefs, releasing negative emotions, and creating new empowering perspectives. The transformational process is tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client.


One of the unique aspects of RTT Therapy is the use of personalized recordings.

 

At the end of each session, I create a customized audio recording that combines positive suggestions, empowering affirmations, and visualization exercises. The client listens to this recording daily for at least 21 days to reinforce the changes made during the session and to reprogram their subconscious mind for lasting transformation.

RTT Therapy is effective in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, phobias, addictions, weight management, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and more. It is a holistic approach that focuses on resolving the underlying causes rather than simply treating the symptoms.


It's important to note that while RTT Therapy can yield powerful results in a relatively short period, it is not a magical cure. Everyone’s journey is unique, and the number of sessions required can vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the client's commitment to the process.


Overall, as an RTT Therapy practitioner and Hypnotherapist, my role is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their inner world, uncover the root causes of their challenges, and guide them through a transformative process that empowers them to create lasting change in their lives.
