As a holistic life coach and mind-body practitioner, I offer a comprehensive 12-week coaching program designed to empower individuals in achieving holistic well-being and personal growth. This program combines personalized 1:1 coaching session, self-hypnosis audios, and continuous email support to ensure a transformative journey for my clients.

1:1 Coaching Sessions: Over the course of 12 weeks, we will have 12 personalized coaching sessions, typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. These sessions can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing, depending on your preference and location.


Holistic Approach: As a holistic life coach, I believe in addressing all aspects of your life—mind, body, and spirit. During our sessions, we will explore different techniques and strategies to promote balance and well-being in these areas.


Self-Hypnosis Audios: As a powerful tool to access the subconscious mind, self-hypnosis can help you overcome limiting beliefs, reprogram negative thought patterns, and tap into your inner resources for personal growth. I will provide you with customized self-hypnosis audios to listen to between sessions, supporting your progress and reinforcing positive change.


Email Support: Throughout the 12-week program, you will have access to continuous email support. This means you can reach out to me with questions, reflections, or any challenges you may be facing between sessions. I will respond promptly, providing guidance and encouragement along the way.


Accountability and Progress Tracking: I will help you stay accountable to your goals by setting action steps and milestones for each session. We will track your progress throughout the program, celebrating achievements and adjusting strategies as needed.

Holistic Resources: As part of the coaching program, I will share various resources, such as recommended readings, meditation techniques, stress management tools, and other holistic practices, to support your overall well-being and personal growth.
